Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao is a professional boxer from the Philippines. He’s the first eight-division world champion, winning six world titles along the way. Boxing Writers Association of America named Pacquiao the “Fighter of the Decade” in the 2000s. He won “Fighter of the Year” three times in that decade; 2006, 2008, 2009.
