These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases of fashion items (clothing, shoes, bags), as well as furniture and home accessories, made through our online shop Sportsmemorabiliasigned.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order.
- The contract is only concluded upon our written order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to make pricing errors and be unable to deliver.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
- Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, invoice (only after credit check).
- Due date: Immediately for advance payment, otherwise upon receipt of the goods.
4. Delivery
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days (US), 5-10 business days (EU)
- Shipping costs: $4.90 (US), free for orders over $50
- Partial deliveries are possible
5. Right of Withdrawal
- 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (exception: free return label)
- Exceptions: hygiene products, custom-made furniture
6. Warranty
- 24-month statutory warranty
- Warranty conditions according to manufacturer's specifications
- Notification of defects within 2 weeks of discovery
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
