Following in the footsteps of Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale would be too daunting a task for most but not Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Affectionately known as "The Ox", Oxlade-Chamberlain made his breakthrough at the Southampton academy at an early age and it was not long before he was snapped up by Premier League side Arsenal.
